Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Minimum Rich is committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation and Refund
Unfortunately, as per our store policy, cancellations and refunds are not possible against any orders.
Please ensure your order details, sizing, and selections are correct before placing the order.
2. Return Policy
All items are thoroughly inspected* before any return is accepted.
Returns will be rejected* if the product is found worn, washed, used, damaged, or unsellable, and it will be shipped back to you.
* IMPORTANT: We use seal tags on all our products. Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if the seal tag is intact and not removed.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you must raise a return request within **3 days* of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Shipping the Exchange
If your exchange request is approved, the customer is responsible for *shipping the product back* to Minimum Rich at their own cost.
Please share the tracking ID with us at [support@minimumrich.com] in the same email thread where the exchange was initiated.
Important: Please record a video clearly showing the product and the seal tag intact before shipping it. This video is mandatory for verification and exchange approval.
4. Initiating an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your item.
Include the following details in your email:

5. Final Sale Items
Items purchased during SALE events* (e.g., End of Season Sale, Birthday Sale, etc.) are *not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange*.
* Headwear and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
6. Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please notify us within *3 days of receiving the package*.
We will not be able to offer assistance after this period.
7. Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, email us at [support@minimumrich.com] with your Order ID and full name.
If your order is already packed or ready to ship, a ₹50 cancellation fee* will apply.
If the cancellation is requested after a delivery attempt, a ₹100 deduction* will apply.
Please note that all cancellation requests are subject to approval* and may not always be possible.
8. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check (including seal tag condition and video verification), your exchange will be *processed within 5–7 business days*.
You will be notified via email once your replacement item is shipped.
